Guidelines for Making your Event the Ultimate Success:
You may pay the balance of your party on the day of the event with cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. Sorry, we do not accept checks at any time.
This event is very special to you and even more so, the guest of honor. It is essential your birthday party starts on time. The party area and your host are scheduled for a finite time and you risk losing your allotted time or at the very least, you may not have adequate time to enjoy your food and birthday cake without being rushed. We request that you share this information with your guests so that they may make their best effort to be on time.
We will contact you the week before the event to confirm the details and request an update as to the number of party participants (the children) and additional family members, parents, or guests. We prepare the food and plan table usage based on this estimate. You may call Fantasyland at any time to update, add food, etc.
We will ask for the final count as to the number of party participants (including the birthday child) on the day of the party when you arrive. This is the minimum number that will be used in the final reconciliation of the charges. All party pricing is based on a minimum of 10 party participants. If you have fewer than 10 guests, you will still receive all the food, tokens, tickets, etc. for the 10 person minimum. We will also request an estimate as to how many non-participating guests will be attending (parents, family members, etc.). We will make every effort to provide seating for these guests, but cannot guarantee availability.
Event Cancellation: Many times life happens beyond our control. We can reschedule your party up to one day prior to the event. On the day of the event, we have personnel and expenses in process. If you do not show for your party or cancel on the day of the event, you will forfeit your deposit.
Other than the birthday cake, we do not allow food of any kind be brought into Fantasyland. You may bring in party favors to hand out to the guest at the end of the party. If you would like to use your own party supplies, Please advise us prior to the party or during the confirmation call. We will plan to set them up prior to or upon your arrival. We do not allow any piñatas, party confetti, or silly string. There is an additional charge based on the size of balloon if you need us to blow up any extra balloons.
Your party table at the bears party area, semi private room or private room is reserved for one and half hours. Your party server will serve your pizza and cake during this time. After the one and half hours you will be moved to the rides party area and the children may play the games and rides until we close or until their tokens and ride tickets are exhausted. We strongly recommend that you remove and gifts and valuables to your car, as Fantasyland Family Entertainment Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles that are left unattended.
Your party attendants are provided to assist you with any needs that you may have during your stay. If you would like to order additional food please do so through your assigned party attendant and it will be added to your bill. Once the party is completed, the party attendants will clean the party area as part of our service to you.
